The Idealists called Teachers are abstract in their thought and speech, cooperative in their style of achieving goals, and directive and extraverted in their interpersonal relations. Learning in the young has to be beckoned forth, teased out from its hiding place, or, as suggested by the word "education," it has to be "educed." by an individual with educative capabilities. Such a one is the eNFj, thus rightly called the educative mentor or Teacher for short. The Teacher is especially capable of educing or calling forth those inner potentials each learner possesses. Even as children the Teachers may attract a gathering of other children ready to follow their lead in play or work. And they lead without seeming to do so. Teachers expect the very best of those around them, and this expectation, usually expressed as enthusiastic encouragement, motivates action in others and the desire to live up to their expectations. Teachers have the charming characteristic of taking for granted that their expectations will be met, their implicit commands obeyed, never doubting that people will want to do what they suggest. And, more often than not, people do, because this type has extraordinary charisma. The Teachers are found in no more than 2 or 3 percent of the population. They like to have things settled and arranged. They prefer to plan both work and social engagements ahead of time and tend to be absolutely reliable in honoring these commitments. At the same time, Teachers are very much at home in complex situations which require the juggling of much data with little pre-planning. An experienced Teacher group leader can dream up, effortlessly, and almost endlessly, activities for groups to engage in, and stimulating roles for members of the group to play. In some Teachers, inspired by the responsiveness of their students or followers, this can amount to genius which other types find hard to emulate. Such ability to preside without planning reminds us somewhat of an Provider, but the latter acts more as a master of ceremonies than as a leader of groups. Providers are natural hosts and hostesses, making sure that each guest is well looked after at social gatherings, or that the right things are expressed on traditional occasions, such as weddings, funerals, graduations, and the like. In much the same way, Teachers value harmonious human relations about all else, can handle people with charm and concern, and are usually popular wherever they are. But Teachers are not so much social as educational leaders, interested primarily in the personal growth and development of others, and less in attending to their social needs. ENFJs know and appreciate people. Like most NFs, (and Feelers in general), they are apt to neglect themselves and their own needs for the needs of others. They have thinner psychological boundaries than most, and are at risk for being hurt or even abused by less sensitive people. ENFJs often take on more of the burdens of others than they can bear.

I oso LOve my ZHSS coach, I think he's good in character but he's kinda duno how to help me sia,
COz I'm a sports idiot. I know nothing abt teamwork, thus, I'm aways been left out.
then came to JJ, was Ms leo, she's good in pointing out our mistake,but I think she's too fierce.
Sometimes, I really duno wad she wans, and wad is she going to do.
Well, the most important criteria to play well is
that u understand ur coach and ur coach understands u so to put u in the right time for match.
this current coach of ours, he's trying to understand us,
he makes things simpler than my two other coaches, so I know what to do.
The best thing is, he ENCOURAGES us.
I mean encouragement from coach is the most important of all.
At least, u noe dat u are doing the right thing. But I'm dat type who cannot accept encouragements or scoldings during match.
It will make me worse. haha.

January 16 emo lessons.Emo-ing maybe not be a bad thing after all.
sometimes, emo-ing could be a time for use to release our feelings, to reflect and think about what we have done, the 'should' and 'should not', then the 'will' and 'will not' and lastly the 'must' and 'must not' s.
well, for me, emo-ing does not mean to sink myself deeply into sadness.
Emo-ing helps me reflect what mistake I've done, and what I should have done. Emo-ing does make us cry, but what the use of keeping those tears that contribute to water retention in your eye bag? (It's not scientically proven.)
I thank all my frens that do lend me a support during my last emo session, and ur concern makes me feel my presence. I'm alrite, just recollecting and clearing some stuffs in 2007. they were dumped in my heart in a mess. Clearing up for spaces in case others do want to come into this heart.
I'm sorry I couldn't help you when u had ur emo times, but Remember to stand up after those emo, because U are always "shorter" than me, thus I maynot be able to see you.

I think the best medicine when someone is emo-ing is to let him/her hear your breath and heartbeat. The more you talk, the worst it may be. The more u ask her/him not to cry, the more they will cry. Unless you are a great speaker, ur breath and heartbeat tells a million concern you have for them. (Provided you do not have bad breath or body odour!~)
Lastly, emo should not end with pity or sorrow.
It should end with a lesson learnt and a refresh new self.
